As an Application Developer, you will play a key role in understanding project requirements, collaborating with users, and delivering robust web-based and workflow applications. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

What you will do

Seamlessly connect with your existing systems and applications to create a cohesive operational environment.

Requirement Understanding: Understand requirement specifications and expectations for projects to align development efforts with client needs.

User Collaboration: Work closely with users and actively participate in the user requirement gathering process to ensure accurate understanding.

System Design: Analyze new requirements and design systems that meet those requirements effectively.

Task Management: Manage tasks diligently to ensure that client requirements are met throughout the development process.

Problem Investigation: Investigate and rectify software problems as reported by users to ensure a smooth user experience.

User Feedback Response: Respond promptly to users' feedback and requests to maintain satisfaction and trust.

Application Development: Develop quality web-based applications using .NET and create workflow applications utilizing our workflow engine.

Testing: Perform thorough and rigorous testing to ensure the reliability and functionality of applications.

Project Delivery: Deliver projects on time with a focus on quality and adherence to specifications.

Application Maintenance: Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve performance and user satisfaction.

Documentation: Write comprehensive test scripts and other technical documents to support development and maintenance processes.

Your background

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in application development, particularly with web-based applications and .NET technologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience in performing testing and documentation is a plus.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
