Key Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations and ensure the office runs smoothly.

Monitor office supplies, operating expenses, and coordinate maintenance.

Handle Work Permit matters, including applications, renewals, cancellations, and MOM compliance.

Manage CPF submissions, foreign worker levy matters, and liaise with relevant government agencies.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, contractors, and service providers.

Maintain employee records, administrative files, and company documentation.

Provide administrative support to Management and various departments.

Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

Diploma or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Office Administration, HR Administration, or a related role.

Familiar with Singapore Work Permit administration, CPF submissions, and foreign worker levy processes.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook).

Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
