Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the role
The Key Account Manager – eCommerce is responsible for driving online sales growth and managing key eCommerce partners in the Singapore market. This role oversees commercial performance, campaign execution, assortment strategy, and digital shelf excellence across platforms such as Shopee SG, Lazada SG, Amazon SG, and TikTok Shop.
Your responsibilities
- Manage strategic relationships with major SG eCommerce platforms.
- Develop and execute commercial plans to deliver sales and profit targets.
- Plan and manage online campaigns (e.g., Mega Sales, GSS, 9.9/11.11, Payday).
- Optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotional strategy.
- Ensure high-quality product listings and digital shelf visibility.
- Track performance metrics (traffic, conversion, ROAS, ranking).
- Lead forecasting, stock planning, and operational coordination.
- Provide regular business reports and insights.
The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 6-8 years of eCommerce or Key Account Management experience, ideally in the Singapore market.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and marketplace tools.
- Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder skills.
- Adaptable, analytical, and results driven.
