Service FOH Manager — Korean Drinks & Casual Dining Bar

Keong Saik, Singapore | SGD 5,000–7,000 | Opening: Last week of September 2026

About Us

We are a new concept restaurant & bar opening in the heart of Keong Saik, centered around Korean traditional drinks — makgeolli, wine, and cocktails — paired with casual dining. We bring a considered, convivial approach to Korean drinking culture in a relaxed, modern setting.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Hall Manager to lead our front-of-house operations from day one. You will be the face of the floor — setting the tone for guest experience, managing the FOH team, and ensuring every service runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all front-of-house operations during service

Lead, train, and motivate the FOH team

Deliver exceptional guest experience consistently

Manage reservations, floor plans, and seating flow

Liaise closely with the kitchen and bar teams

Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally

Assist with staff scheduling and daily briefings

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years FOH experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial role

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and guest relations

Passion for food & beverage culture

Knowledge of Korean cuisine or drinks culture is a plus — but not required

What We Offer

Salary: SGD 5,000–7,000 (commensurate with experience)

5-day work week

Benefits: Industry-standard

Opportunity to be part of a new concept from the ground up

Pay: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
