About the Role:

As an Art Teacher, you play a pivotal role in fostering creativity, self-expression, and artistic skills among students. You will be responsible for developing lesson plans, guiding students in various artistic techniques, and nurturing their appreciation for visual arts. This role requires a passion for art, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate students of all ages.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing engaging course materials and delivering planned art curriculum lessons to groups of eager young learners.
  • Cultivating a nurturing and supportive environment where children can freely express their artistic abilities and creativity.
  • Demonstrating various art techniques, including drawing and painting, to inspire and guide young artists on their creative journeys.
  • Fostering aesthetic appreciation and helping children understand the beauty of art.
  • Teaching children the proper care and use of art materials and tools, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Creating a classroom atmosphere that encourages positive learning experiences and personal growth.
  • Encouraging children to express their individual personalities and thoughts through their art.
  • Evaluating each child's progress and providing constructive feedback on their artistic development.
  • Actively participating in campus events, including parent meetings and festive celebrations.
  • Being flexible and ready to take on any additional duties and responsibilities assigned by the Art Teacher (Supervisor).

Qualifications:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Arts or equivalent.
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Proven experience as an art teacher with a strong portfolio of personal artwork.
  • Excellent knowledge of artistic techniques, art history, and contemporary art trends.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, creativity, and a passion for inspiring young minds through art.

Tuesday - Friday: 1.30 PM - 7.30 PM
