A fine dining assistant chef supports the head chef by preparing ingredients, cooking, and plating dishes according to high-quality standards. Key duties include maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene, managing inventory and stock levels, and assisting with menu planning and development. This role requires precision in cooking, precise plating, and strong teamwork skills to ensure smooth kitchen operations and customer satisfaction.
