Job Description:

  • Preparing and assembling ingredients for menu items
  • Ensuring that food portions and food presentation meet company standards
  • Ensure all equipment are cleaned and kept properly
  • Assisting other cooks to ensure that food orders are completed on time
  • Ensuring that food health and safety regulations are followed
  • Budgeting costs while planning a menu.
  • Ordering supplies, controlling stocks and waste monitoring
  • Develop and make adjustments to the menu based on feedback and seasonal trends
  • Overseeing the kitchen and making sure that all staff are following health and safety procedures
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Job requirements:

  • Able to work Shifts 5.5 days per week (1 weekday off)
  • Min 1 year of job experience in related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,400.00 - $2,900.00 per month
