Full job description

Responsibilities

  • Support the identification and development of trading opportunities in petroleum products and low-carbon fuels
  • Assist in reviewing and coordinating commercial terms for sales and purchase contracts with overseas counterparties
  • Work closely with internal teams at the Korea headquarters (Sales, Supply & Trading, Finance, Tax) to support trading activities
  • Support day-to-day trading operations, including shipping logistics, product specifications, and invoicing
  • Conduct research on petroleum markets and regulatory developments related to low-carbon energy
  • Assist in managing sustainability certification and compliance processes

Qualifications

  • Strong English communication skills in an international business environment (required)
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on a wide range of responsibilities across trading, operations, and commercial activities.
  • Basic understanding of the refining industry and trading business
  • Strong willingness to learn and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to think analytically and communicate ideas in a clear and structured manner
  • Team player with good interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills
  • Eligible to work in Singapore

Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship experience in refining, petrochemical, energy, or trading companies preferred
  • Degree in Chemical Engineering, Business Administration or International Trade preferred
