Location: Home-Based (Singapore)

EduNanny® delivers structured home-based infant care under the ECDA Childminding Pilot, supporting infants aged 2 to 18 months in a safe, nurturing, and development-focused environment.

Each childminder may care for up to 3 infants concurrently, in accordance with programme guidelines and approved capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive, nurturing care for infants (2–18 months)
  • Follow structured daily routines including feeding, hygiene, rest, and developmental play
  • Facilitate age-appropriate activities that support early development
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-prepared home environment aligned with ECDA guidelines
  • Comply with safeguarding, hygiene, and documentation standards
  • Communicate professionally with parents and the EduNanny® team

Commitment & Work Structure
  • Childminders are assigned subscribed infants and are expected to support each child through to graduation at 18 months
  • Each childminder may care for up to 3 infants at any one time based on capacity
  • Additional infants may be assigned on a scheduled or ad-hoc basis depending on programme needs
  • Earnings are structured based on the number of infants under care and active utilisation, allowing for scalable income based on capacity

Requirements
  • Eligible under ECDA Childminding Pilot Programme
  • ECDA background clearance (mandatory)
