Full job description
Our client is a international MNC in the Healthcare industry, and a leader within their therapeutic area. Partnering closely with them, we are recruiting for a Regional Technical Service Engineer to managing all servicing, customer service-related issues and 3rd party vendors for their suite of medical device equipment.
Responsibilities
- Attends to Customer’s technical service issues via phone and personal visit
- Reports, manages and liaises all Service matter to Helpdesk
- Follow up on all repair cases in a timely manner
- Monitor and manage the existing loaner and demo sets among the Customers
- Manage, follow and execute service and troubleshooting SOPs
- Prepares Service/Meeting Reports and action lists for all reviews and audits
- Manages problematic situations with customers regarding service repairs and phone troubleshooting
- Work with stakeholders to identify, develop, implement, and document new processes required to improve the service delivered to customers.
- Ensure that customer incidents and requests are dealt with according to agreed guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years Customer service experience & technical troubleshooting experience in the medical device industry
- APAC regional support experience required
- QA experience is an added advantage Experience in team management is an added advantage
