Full job description
Are you passionate about technology and enjoy solving technical challenges? We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join a leading multinational company in the medical devices industry. If you have experience in technical support, service engineering, or biomedical equipment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, test, commission, and maintain medical equipment at customer sites.
- Provide technical support for software integration, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Respond promptly to customer service requests and onsite breakdowns.
- Perform preventive maintenance (PPM), repairs, calibration, and documentation.
- Prepare service reports, quotations, warranty documentation, and maintenance contracts.
- Conduct customer training and provide product support when required.
- Support exhibitions, product demonstrations, and technical sales activities.
- Identify opportunities to promote maintenance contracts and service solutions.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in:
- Field Service Engineering
- Technical Support
- Software Support
- Medical Equipment Servicing
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
- Possess a valid manual driving licence (advantage).
Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
