About The Role

This role is suitable for individuals who enjoy consultative selling, building long-term healthcare relationships and working in an agile and entrepreneurial healthcare environment.

You will work closely with doctors, specialists, clinics and healthcare institutions to grow the company’s specialist healthcare portfolio across Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, specialists, clinics and healthcare institutions
• Develop and grow assigned medical territories and accounts
• Conduct product detailing and scientific discussions with healthcare professionals
• Implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
• Identify new business opportunities and develop account plans
• Organise and support educational meetings, Lunch & Learn sessions and product presentations
• Provide market insights and customer feedback to management
• Maintain strong customer service and follow-up with healthcare professionals
• Work closely with management in a collaborative and fast-moving environment

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical sales experience preferred
• Candidates with experience in Paediatrics, OBGYN, Dermatology or Travel Medicine will have an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable engaging doctors and healthcare professionals
• Positive attitude with strong ownership and learning mindset
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Team player who enjoys working in a small and collaborative company
• Candidates with healthcare-related backgrounds such as Nursing, Biomedical Science, Pharmacy or Clinic Operations are welcome to apply
• Singaporeans and PRs preferred

Candidates with own transport will have an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
