About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator to manage and coordinate Phase I clinical trials within a Clinical Research Unit (CRU). You will oversee study activities from start-up to close-out, ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP, study protocols, SOPs, and regulatory requirements while serving as the key liaison between sponsors, investigators, and the study team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage Phase I clinical trials from study start-up through close-out.

• Act as the primary liaison with sponsors, monitors, investigators, ethics committees, and external vendors.

• Prepare, review, and maintain study documentation, including regulatory submissions and Trial Master Files (TMF).

• Plan and coordinate study timelines, site initiation, monitoring visits, and close-out activities.

• Monitor study progress, resolve operational issues, and ensure timely reporting of safety events and protocol deviations.

• Coordinate study logistics, supplies, and cross-functional activities to ensure successful study execution.

• Support audits, inspections, SOP updates, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, or a related healthcare discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of clinical research experience.

• Hands-on experience coordinating Phase I clinical trials is essential.

• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical trial regulations, and study management processes.

• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
