Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to deliver excellent service, handle inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person to provide accurate information and support
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently to maintain satisfaction and uphold company reputation
• Maintain and update customer records accurately in the database to ensure data integrity
• Monitor customer feedback and follow up to identify opportunities for service improvement
• Assist with administrative tasks and prepare reports to support team operations
• Demonstrate company values consistently to promote a positive brand image

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or a related role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with customers
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and manage customer relationships
• Problem-solving abilities to identify issues and implement appropriate solutions
