We are a one stop solution provider that design, develop and manufacture Printers (including Media Handling and Print Mechanism), Terminals (Payment, Point Of Sales), Self-Services Equipment, Information Processing Equipment and PCB & Turnkey Assemblies.

Mechanical Engineer

Job Description:

  • Prepare documentation for product & hardware specifications and requirements
  • Coordinate with multiple vendors and internal departments on tooling fabrication, parts manufacturability and cost
  • Preparation of technical drawings, BOMs and document release for project implementation for bothlifecycle and NPI projects
  • Conduct design review and hold technical discussion with internal and external parties
  • Verification of part Design, part functionality and capability during the project development stage (EVT/DVT/MVT)
  • Detailed design of MFP sub-systems, ability to handle design review, design calculations, design simulations (FA, DFM, DFMEA, etc.)
  • To perform product evaluation, failure analysis (FA) and troubleshoot of problems or defects
  • Support and work for product value engineering (VE) and cost down (CD) activities for new and existing products

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical)
  • Preferably have 2 years of working experience, candidate with no working experience is welcome to apply too
  • Plastic and metal stamping process knowledge
  • General understanding of mechanism and controls
  • Knowledge of CAD operations; CATIA V5, Pro-E, IDEAS, and CCD will be an added advantage
  • 3D Cad modelling skills and able to read 2D drawings
  • Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines
  • Willing to perform Overtime
