We are looking for highly skilled, passionate, and customer-focused Barista to join our dynamic team. This is an opportunity to grow with a company that values craftsmanship, professionalism, and heart.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Extensive experience in specialty coffee is essential — Excited with what specialty coffee is all about and comfortable with all aspects of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and brew methods, with an emphasis on quality, consistency, and speed.
  • Outgoing, customer-centric personality — Passionate about connecting with customers, making them feel welcome, and delivering memorable, best-in-class coffee experiences.
  • Proven ability to manage front-of-house operations, including leading and mentoring a team of baristas and service crew.
  • A progressive career mindset — highly motivated to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
  • Strong team player with a disciplined, self-driven approach to work.
