Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take and process orders accurately (in-person, online, or via POS system)
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, dining areas, and restrooms
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns courteously
  • Support team members and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the food & beverage or retail industry is an advantage (but not required)
  • Friendly, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with strong work ethic
  • Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
