Hopscotch is a casual restaurant and craft cocktail bar paying homage to Singapore’ local culture and the kampong spirit. Through our local themed cocktails and Singapore inspired food, Hopscotch aims to bring people together through decadent communal styled dining and theatrical cocktails. We are a producer of craft cocktails with a local twist, good service, and memorable drinking experiences.

  • Make cocktails and all beverages during service
  • Prepare component ingredients to assist with smoother service
  • Assist with inventory stock taking and ordering
  • Interact with guests and maintaining high bartending and service standards
  • Uphold order, cleanliness and hygiene of bar

  • Learn advanced drink making techniques, flavour pairing, and in-depth knowledge on spirits, liqueurs and other ingredients

Additional Information:

  • Transport provided for shifts after 1130pm
  • Fulltime salary starts from $2,200 – $2,700/month (5 day work week)
  • Part Time Salary starting from $12/h ($13/h for Fri and Sat)
    ($14/h if more than 100hours are commited a month
  • Flexible off days

Job Requirements:

  • 18 years and above
  • Can commit for at least 6 months
  • Good attitude, respectful and responsible
  • Able to work with others in a team
  • No experience required, but must be proactive and keen to learn
