Primary Role:

Responsible for leading, challenging and coaching the team, with the purpose of maximizing sales and profits. Maintaining consistent quality of food, beverages and services by working directly with the onsite chef and/or Café Manager and local kitchen/cafe team.

Essential Functions:

1. COMPANY VISION: Understand and deliver company’s vision and operational objectives. Ensure all staff adhere to

and has knowledge of all company (SOP) policies & procedures.

2. LEADERSHIP: Motivate team to be successful, resolve conflicts and improve team morale. Always communicate with

team and Head Office. Responsible for the overall performance of the outlet. Ensure the smooth operations for the

outlet.

3. DECISION-MAKING SKILLS: Whether dealing with employees, client management or vendors, you will have to make

decisions that affect the company. Ability to make hard and fast decisions is crucial to your success.

4. ANALYTICAL SKILLS: Use analytical skills to be able to solve problems that may come up during a typical workday.

5. TIME MANAGEMENT: Creating schedules, a minimum of one week in advance, arranging meetings with key clients and planning site activity require time management and careful planning.

6. DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONS: Responsible for maintaining operational excellence in outlet. Comfortable with working and training any position inside Cezars Kitchen/Café. Provide value/support by working inside kitchen as needed. Focus on strategic support with building sales and improving the overall performance of your outlet. Perform other related duties such as special assignment as required. Submit the attendance record to HR on weekly basis and to stand by during payroll.

7. SPEAKING & WRITING: Outlet Managers do a lot of communicating. This might be in front of a group of employees, or in a meeting with management. You might be called upon to write reports, recommendations, or reasons for termination. Great oral communication and writing skills will help you in any of these scenarios.

8. FINANCIAL RESULTS: Monitor the income and expenses of the outlet. Manage sales of the outlets to ensure all our goals are met. Process and analyze information when scheduling and budgeting.

9. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Represent Cezars Kitchen as a brand ambassador and demonstrate uncompromising customer service skills to exceed the expectations of customers (students, faculty, and staff).

10. CATERING: Be present at all non-regular events, including night and weekend events. Support local team with all events that is catering to guests from other schools (EARCOS).

11. ADHERING TO QUALITY STANDARDS: Evaluate health and safety practices against standards, monitor food

preparation and cleaning methods. Conduct monthly kitchen inspections. Ensure the quality of food supplies

delivered. Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the outlet facilities.

12. RECRUITMENT: In charge of hiring new staff for your respective outlet, with good judgement of character to ensure

that you hire the right people to maintain an efficient and motivated team. Ensure training environment is in place.

13. SAFETY & SECURITY: Maintain a safe work environment for all staff and guests. Secure kitchen during non-operating

hours. Keep food samples based on SOP and adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.
