Part-Time Cafe Crew | Flexible working days

Renowned for our delightful gelato, inviting café ambiance, and warm service, we proudly operate two outlets in Novena and Serangoon Garden. We are currently on the lookout for both full-time and part-time café crew members to join our expanding team. Roles and responsibilities

  • Be at front line and be the representative of our friendly warm culture. Greeting customers, taking orders, giving recommendations, problem solving.
  • Process customer orders and cashiering via Point-of-Sale (POS) system
  • Plating and serve on cafe menu
  • Gelato scooping
  • Beverage making
  • Maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment
  • Housekeeping: Closing at the end of the shift/ Opening at the beginning of the shift
  • Follow operation SOPs for high quality service
  • Report and flag issues to the manager in timely manner
  • Preparation of pastries and gelato
  • Events

We are looking for people who are

  • Be able to communicate in English clearly with customers
  • No experience is required. Training will be provided. You just need to be coachable, eager to learn, and ready to put in the effort
  • Due to quota limitations, this job cannot support foreigners
