Workweek: 6D / 5D (Full-Time, Contract)
Working Hours: Up to 44 hours depending on workweek
Salary: Depending on workweek as well as relevant experience

Better Craft Co. strongly believe in a people-centric culture that nurtures a team-oriented and friendly working environment. We are scouting for spirited and service-driven individuals who is passionate about specialty coffee to join our front of house team. You will be an integral part of daily service operations, responsible for delivering our beverages in high standards of quality and working hand in hand with the service team to ensure smooth operations.

Depending on your job performance and leadership potential, you may have the opportunities to rotate across our various outlets and concepts or progress to become a Head Bar.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least "N" Level/"O" Level
  • Pleasant disposition and a sincere passion for the industry and coffee
  • Positive work attitude and keen willingness to learn
  • Empathetic, communicative, and must possess the ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Able to handle stress and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
  • Candidate with coffee and calibration knowledge will be an added advantage
