Job Summary

Lead and manage cafe operations and team performance to deliver customer service and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily cafe operations to ensure smooth workflow and maximize team productivity
  • Train and develop coffee bar and floor staff to enhance skills and service quality
  • Implement and enforce standardized workflows and processes to maintain quality and operational efficiency
  • Manage inventory and stock supplies to maintain optimal levels and minimize waste
  • Collaborate with Higher Management in monthly meetings to align operational goals and business strategies
  • Maintain hygiene standards and organize workspace, tools, and equipment to comply with health and safety regulations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality to increase customer satisfaction and return

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage within a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills through effective team collaboration and customer engagement
  • Passion for learning about cafe business operations and contributing to business growth
  • Willingness to work proactively in a dynamic, high-energy, and efficient team environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Managerial work experience in a relevant field to support leadership responsibilities
  • Barista skills to enhance operational versatility and quality control
