Full job description

About Sip Sip

Sip Sip is an all-day café and bar in Singapore's CBD. Specialty coffee and food by day, cocktails and wine by night. We opened in October 2024 and we're building a hospitality brand, not just running a venue. Multiple concepts, community programmes, events, and a growing audience that's already punching above our weight on reach.

The Role

We're hiring an in-house Marketing Lead to own everything that shapes how people discover, experience, and talk about Sip Sip. You won't be posting templates someone else made. You'll be the one deciding what we say, how we show up, and who we work with.

You'll report directly to management and work closely with our Operations Lead and external creative partners. This is a hands-on role where you're both the strategist and the executor.

What You'll Own

  • Content creation end to end. Shooting, editing, copywriting, and scheduling across Instagram and other channels
  • Planning and managing our content calendar across day (café) and night (bar) identities
  • KOL and creator outreach, relationship management, hosting, and post-campaign tracking
  • Brand collaborations, partnerships, and cross-promotions with aligned brands and venues
  • Event marketing and promotion for our regular programming and special nights
  • Tracking performance, understanding what's working, and making decisions from the data
  • Protecting and evolving the brand voice and visual identity across every touchpoint

Who You Are

  • 2 to 4 years in marketing, content, or social media. F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle experience is a strong plus
  • You can shoot and edit reels and stories on your phone to a high standard. You don't need a production team to make good content
  • You understand how algorithms work and you create with that in mind, not as an afterthought
  • You know Singapore's café, bar, and lifestyle scene. You know who the creators are, what's trending, and where the attention is moving
  • You're organised enough to run a content calendar and responsive enough to jump on moments in real time
  • You have a strong visual eye. You care about aesthetics, composition, and brand consistency
  • You're comfortable working independently. No one is going to brief you every morning. You see what needs doing and you do it

Why Sip Sip

  • Our content reach already outperforms our follower count. You're not starting from zero, you're scaling something that's already showing traction
  • You'll shape the brand from the inside, not inherit a rigid playbook
  • Exposure to multiple concepts and event formats, not just one static venue
  • A growing brand with real momentum and plans beyond a single location
