Job Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet customers warmly upon arrival
  • Assist customers with seating arrangements and menu recommendations
  • Answer customer enquiries regarding menu items, ingredients, and dietary concerns
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems or manual ordering methods
  • Coordinate orders with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
  • Prepare takeaway and delivery orders when required
  • Handle cashiering duties including billing, cash handling, digital payments, and refunds
  • Clear and sanitize tables, reset dining areas, and maintain outlet cleanliness
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene and workplace safety regulations
  • Monitor stock levels for condiments, packaging materials, and basic supplies
  • Inform management when stock replenishment is required
  • Support daily outlet operations and perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of F&B supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and operations
  • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays to meet operational demands
  • Customer-focused problem-solving skills to resolve service issues promptly
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and reporting to support operational tracking

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • WSQ Food Safety certification
  • Experience working in casual dining, café, or bar environments

Working Hours:

  • 6 days per week, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (midnight), including weekends and public holidays.
