- Train new employees on coffee preparation and customer service
- Manage inventory and place orders for supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café
- Create staff schedules and manage shift coverage
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations
