Five Oars Coffee Roasters is Hiring – Upper East Coast & Tanjong Pagar

We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service to join our Front-of-House team.

• Full-Time (FT): 5-day work week (inclusive of weekends and public holidays)
• Salary: From SGD 2,200/month

Our Front-of-House team represents the overall service and hospitality of the café. We are seeking individuals who are service-oriented, team players, and passionate about the F&B industry to ensure every guest has a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and efficient customer service
• Provide menu recommendations when required
• Process orders using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system
• Ensure timely preparation and serving of items
• Assist with table setting and clearing during service periods
• Support the shift manager in daily operations and event coordination
• Escalate customer feedback appropriately
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements

• No prior experience required (training will be provided)
• Experience in F&B or retail is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $2,200.00 per month
