    • Monthly salary of SGD 2,000–3,000.
    • Clean all areas and sanitize the cafe and make sure it’s clean at all times.
    • Timing/Shifts: 3-shifts; as per mall’s operating hours.
    • Able to work at least 30 - 35hrs per week.
    • Able to do either shift Opening Shift (830am to 3pm) or Closing (4pm to 9pm) (*To confirm during interview).
    • Proven ability to manage front-of-house operations, including leading and mentoring a team of baristas and service crew.
    • Food industry: 1 year (Preferred).
    • Work with fellow teammates to enable smooth operations of specialty coffee spot.
    • Daily calibration and consistently produce high-quality coffee.
    • We are looking for a responsible and hands-on team member who enjoys working in a café environment and genuinely loves dogs and cats.
    • Prepare and serve consistently excellent coffee and beverages.
    • Create beautiful latte art and take pride in every cup.

ActionCity Cafe is the first of its kind Designer-Art Toys themed cafe dedicated to indulge visitors in the whimsical worlds imagined by talented artists, designers and sculptors from all over the globe. Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.
  • Communicates information to manager so that the team can respond as necessary to create the Third-Place environment during each shift.
  • Contributes to positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes in partner morale and performance and communicating them to the store manager.
  • Follows company operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift.
    • Maintains regular and punctual attendance


Requirements
  • No previous experience required. Training will be provided.
  • Motivated with good initiative and able to take on responsibility
  • Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
  • Positive mindset, good learning attitude and a strong team player
    • Able to work on weekends and public holidays
