Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for teaching, mentoring and supporting student-athletes, and contributing to curriculum design, pedagogy and assessment. This includes:

• Delivering engaging, student-centred lessons;
• Creating a positive and empowering learning environment;
• Supervising laboratory work and research projects with strong emphasis on safety and rigour;
• Designing varied assessments; monitoring progress and providing timely feedback;
• Supporting pastoral care and socio-emotional development through strong relationships built on trust and respect.

Requirements

• Professional teaching qualification (e.g. PGDE from NIE or equivalent)
• Minimum of 3 years’ teaching experience in a secondary or pre-university setting
• Experience preparing students for GCE O-Level, IB Diploma or GCE A-Level
• Degree in Chemistry or a related discipline
• Passion for continuous learning and inspiring young learners
• Interest in sports is an advantage
