Craftwerkz Pte Ltd specialize in festive gifts and paper products, offering high quality of production and designing services. Our creative festive gifts range includes a wide selection of Food Packaging, Mooncake Boxes, Chinese New Year Ang Bao, Mandarin Orange Carrier, Pouches, and many more. We also keep Ready Design Stock as inventory for wide range of products, selling through marketplace platform. With facilities in Singapore, Malaysia & China, we control and manage the entire production chain to ensure high quality production & efficiency.

Core responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the performance outcomes of e-commerce sales
  • Ensure Customers Service Level maintain at high levels in any platform at anytime
  • Provide friendly support to customers at every stage of shopping and purchasing
  • Ensure seamless end-to end integration of the e-commerce business
  • Executing customer order fulfilment, coordinating order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders
  • Resolving any operational issues arriving from online marketplace
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly within timeframe and monitor customer review
Job specifications:
  • Possess at least a Diploma qualifications with 2 years of experience B2C E-commerce environments preferred
  • Resilient and result oriented to achieve sales target
  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skill
  • Proactive and resourceful
  • Cross-functional capabilities – ability to hands on with all team/ departments
  • Able to adapt changes in a fast-paced environment; work independently as well as within a team
  • Proficient in MS Office

Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon to Fri)
Location: 84 Genting Lane, #03-06 (S) 349584
(3-4 bus stops from Aljunied/Tai Seng/Woodleigh MRT station)
