Are you organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in operations and administration? We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Operations Administrator to support our daily business operations and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

What you’ll be doing

  • Provide administrative and operational support to various departments.
  • Maintain and update company records, documents, and databases.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate purchases when necessary.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and vendors professionally.
  • Handle general office administration duties and ad-hoc assignments.

What we’re looking for

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge in administration or operations is a plus!.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-player mindset.
  • Fresh graduate or Mid-Career switch are welcome to apply too !

Pay: $2,600.00 - $4,400.00 per month
