Job Details:

• Contract Duration: 12 Months

• Location: Raffles Place

• Working Days & Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am to 6pm

Job purpose

You will also coordinate, investigate, and recover claims by pursuing the responsible third party and assist in providing service to policyholders/customers through subrogation efforts.

The Job

• Demonstrate technical proficiency in resolving recovery of claims and ensure that the recovery target is met

• Contact and engage with our policyholders on daily basis to gather information and assist them in claim submission to third party

• Use sound communication skills to successfully persuade and convince policyholders to proceed ith the claim recovery process

• Demonstrate and ensure standard operating procedures are met when handling outbound and inbound calls with policyholders and financial representatives

• Ensuring proper tracking and documentation of calls activities and outcomes

• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.

• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.

• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

• Any other ad-hoc assignments/projects assigned by supervisor.

Our Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, insurance qualifications or equivalent experience preferably 1 year of insurance claims recovery or customer service experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal, analytical and negotiation abilities required

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Team player as well as capable of individual performance

• Knowledge of life insurance policy coverage, statutes, regulations and subrogation processing is plus
