Job Description

• Conduct security induction for employees at site.
• Support the Operations Manager by reviewing performance of team members at site and recommending new processes as well conducting briefings, analysis and surveys if necessary.
• Brief team members on the daily operational requirements.
• Ensure the team members records and conducts work processes at different times during their shift.
• Manage weekly submission of team members’ overtime and performance incentives, and plan weekly work roster.
• Liaise with relevant authorities when necessary.
• Manage workers' repatriation and facilitate their transportation to the office/ urgent work sites.
• To oversee transport arrangements for contractors from worksites to dorms and vice versa.
• Carry out investigations on incidents and submission in a timely manner.
Adherence to safety practices in the workplace.

Job Requirements

• Display initiative and willingness to assist team members to safeguard the welfare of workers.
• Responsive to operational issues and complaints to ensure that all issues are settled in a timely manner.
• Ability to take on Public Relations’ duties for sites that are close proximity to commercial and residential area.
• Willing to work in different project based environment.
