This position provides administrative and project management support to the Project Lead for an MOH- grant funded project for testing and evaluation of commercially available radiology AI models. The role requires close coordination with multiple stakeholders across healthcare institutions, project teams, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.

Key responsibilities include coordinating meetings and schedules, supporting project operations, managing data and documentation, and assisting with grant administration such as claims processing and preparation of progress reports.

The project focuses on the evaluation and development of best practices for healthcare technology assessment, with outcomes contributing to guidelines and benchmarking across selected clinical use areas.

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in Sciences, Pharmacy, Clinical Research or related fields or Nursing
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Experience in project and/or data management
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in administrative processes, including reporting and documentation
