Shape the Future of Food Across Asia

At Aboitiz Foods, we are building a sustainable and innovative food ecosystem that feeds millions across Asia. As we continue to grow our presence across animal nutrition, food, and agribusiness, we are seeking a strategic and commercially-minded leader to join our team as Corporate Strategy Lead.

Reporting to the VP, Strategy & Business Development, this role will play a key part in driving enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, evaluating growth opportunities, supporting investment decisions, and partnering with senior leadership to shape the future direction of the business.

Brief overview of the role:

Corporate Strategy & Strategic Planning

• Support the development and execution of Aboitiz Foods' corporate and business strategies.
• Conduct market assessments, competitive analysis, and industry research to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
• Facilitate strategic planning activities and translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives and execution roadmaps.
• Partner with business leaders across multiple markets to align strategic objectives and drive execution.

Business Analysis & Investment Evaluation

• Evaluate business opportunities, strategic partnerships, investments, and expansion initiatives.
• Develop business cases, financial analyses, and strategic recommendations to support executive decision-making.
• Support due diligence activities and strategic reviews for potential growth and investment opportunities.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and insights for senior leadership discussions.

Strategy Execution & Performance Monitoring

• Establish and monitor KPIs, scorecards, and strategic performance dashboards.
• Track progress of key initiatives and identify risks, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Drive governance processes and provide strategic updates to leadership teams.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate closely with country leadership teams, business unit heads, and functional leaders across the region.
• Facilitate strategic discussions, workshops, and alignment sessions with senior stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to support strategic initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related discipline.
• 8–12 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, corporate development, business planning, investment evaluation, or related strategic roles.
• Experience from leading strategy consulting firms such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Strategy&, EY-Parthenon, Kearney, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, or similar is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience evaluating strategic opportunities and business cases.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong financial acumen, business modelling, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience within food, agribusiness, consumer goods, manufacturing, or related industries is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel across Aboitiz Foods' operating markets when required.
