Position : Counsellor

Experience:
Minimum

2 years

of relevant counselling/clinical experience, preferably in employee assistance, healthcare, workplace counselling or similar settings.

Provide confidential one-to-one counselling sessions.

Support clients with personal, family, workplace, stress, burnout, career and interpersonal concerns.

Conduct assessment, counselling, intervention and appropriate referrals.

Provide crisis support, triage and escalation for high-risk cases.

Maintain accurate and confidential case documentation.

Follow professional counselling ethics, confidentiality and data privacy requirements.

Qualification:
Counsellors possess relevant postgraduate qualifications in counselling.

Counsellors are registered to practise in Singapore and hold current registration with a recognised local professional body (e.g. Singapore Association for Counselling).

Counsellors maintain active clinical practice and demonstrate ongoing professional development within the past five (5) years.

Counsellors are competent to practise independently without the need for direct clinical supervision.
