Job description

• Greet and serve customers with a positive attitude and genuine smile
• Take and process orders accurately using the POS system
• Provide recommendations and answer customer queries about the menu
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas
• Clear tables, reset seating areas, and manage table turnover during peak hours
• Support the team with opening, closing, and shift change duties
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager
