Full job description

Collect, clean, validate, and integrate data from the company's Learning Management System (LMS), mobile learning platform, user databases, surveys, and other internal sources to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency for business reporting and decision-making.

Develop interactive dashboards and performance reports using business intelligence and data visualization tools to monitor learner engagement, course completion rates, training effectiveness, user adoption, operational KPIs, and organizational performance for management review.
