Education Qualifications:
Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
Job Description:
- Script the data generating stored procedure in Microsoft SQL.
- Create and modify tables and databases based on requirements
- Manual Data recovery when necessary
- Maintain database tables, stored procedures and jobs in MSSQL
- Maintain high availability and reliability of databases
- Perform daily database maintenance, database security self-assessment, database creation, configuration and migration, apply patches and technology upgrade to keep database at supported level.
- Generate reports using Microsoft SQL Server.
- Setup and testing of new database and data handling systems
- Troubleshoot and correct arising issues
- Additional secondary database administration items, like standard database client installation and backups and assessment on Database security vulnerabilities
