We currently seeking of highly motivated and qualified individuals to join our team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• To produce Concept, Schematic Design, Design Development, and to prepare Tender Documents, and Site Design Execution & Coordination.
• To coordinate and handle daily function of the team in design; design development and administration of the Design Projects.
• Able to produce drawings and documents for quotations and procurement of Contractors.
• Able to communicate and coordinate with Client, Consultants, Contractor, and Supplier.
• To research design and feasibility studies, preparation of presentation materials, coordination with contractor and manage design execution on site.

Job Requirements

• Min. Degree in Interior Design/ Architectural Design or equivalent
• Min. 3-5 years of Interior Design/ Architectural Design/ Exhibition Design or equivalent
• Able to work independently and develop own design thinking, research, and collaborate with the team
• Able to work remotely, e.g. work from home, virtual meeting, discussion
• Well versed with AutoCAD, Sketchup, Enscape, Rhino, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Good working attitude, proactive, ownership on your work and hardworking.
• Good command of English, Chinese
• Good sense in good and bad design
• Good in teamwork and understand importance of teamwork
• Full time and work remotely in Singapore.
• Require to meet up for occasional discussion/ meetings with clients/consultants/contractors.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $5,500.00 per month
