Digital Marketing Account Manager jobs in Singapore

We are seeking a talented and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager at Brandlume, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing the successful delivery of projects. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

As the project manager, you will be responsible for developing project plans, managing project budgets, and ensuring that all project milestones are met. You should be able to identify and resolve project issues quickly and effectively, and be able to communicate project updates and progress to all stakeholders.

To be considered for this position, you must have a proven track record in digital project management, as well as experience in marketing strategy and excellent in English language. You should be highly organized and skilled in project scheduling, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Responsibilities:

· Candidates must be able to work in the EST time zone

· Communicate with confidence, provide solution recommendations and support to clients, with a high level of responsiveness – need to be excellent in English for both writing and speaking. Have knowledge and experience in digital marketing services

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate within Brandlume.

· Collaborate with internal teams and experts to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that align with client objectives.

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously and have strong attention to detail, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

· Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to address any issues that may arise.

· Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project status, performance metrics, and results achieved.

· Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.

· Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency, and productivity

· Accurately convey the client vision and requirements to rest of the project team

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or client services, preferably in a marketing agency environment.

· Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and internal teams.

· Proven track record of delivering successful projects and exceeding client expectations.

· Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and platforms is a plus.

· Ability to work independently and remotely, while still being a collaborative team player.
