We are seeking a dedicated and versatile

Housekeeper/Personal Assistant

to join a private household team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet, adaptable, and comfortable working closely within an established household team.

Open to candidates of any age or gender — what matters most is reliability, professionalism, and the right skill set.

Key Responsibilities

Housekeeping & Household Management

• Oversee day-to-day upkeep of the household
• Manage household inventory, supplies and vendor coordination
• Plan healthy and nutritionally balanced meals for the household (formal nutrition qualifications a plus)
• Assist with menu planning and dietary requirements for family members

Personal Assistant Duties

• Manage schedules, appointments and calendars for principals
• Handle correspondence, errand and general administrative tasks
• Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries and logistics
• Liaise with other household staff (chauffeurs, domestic helpers, other PAs) to ensure smooth daily operations
• Provide ad hoc support across personal and household matters as needed

Travel

• Willing and able to travel with principals as required

Requirements

• 6-day work week
• Prior experience in housekeeping, household management or personal assistant roles preferred
• Qualifications or training in nutrition preferred
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude
• High level of discretion, trustworthiness and professionalism
• Flexible and willing to adapt to a dynamic household schedule
• Willing to travel at short notice
• Able to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking principals
• Class 3 driving licence a plus
