Description
Full-Time | Work From Home | Training Provided | Customer Service Experience Preferred
Working Hours:
- 6 days per week
- Rotational off day on weekdays
- 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM, including break time
Salary & Benefits:
- RM2,300 – RM3,000 + commission and attendance incentives
- No travelling required
- Work comfortably from home
- Training will be provided
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries and after-sales issues through WhatsApp, phone calls, and e-commerce platforms
- Follow up on customer orders
- Answer customer questions clearly and professionally
- Provide good customer service and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Able to work independently
- Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
- Must have own computer and stable internet connection
- Customer service or e-commerce experience will be an advantage
- Must be able to travel down to Singapore once a month for monthly meeting
- 6 Day Work Week, must be able to work on weekends
Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month
