Full job description
Job Responsibilities
- Provide daily IT support for the Singapore office, including managing and maintaining devices such as workstations, laptops, mobile devices, printers, IP cameras, switches, and wireless access points.
- Deliver executive level IT support and remote assistance for SHEIN employees across the APAC time zone.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot, resolve, and document technical issues and improvement initiatives.
- Manage user onboarding and offboarding, including setting up accounts, systems, and orientation sessions.
- Ensure IT systems remain secure, up to date, and compliant with company policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT incidents, assets, and solutions.
- Coordinate with third party service providers and external partners to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and maintain enterprise-level IT standards.
- Support and implement IT policies and procedures as required.
- Occasionally work on public holidays, with compensatory time off provided.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field OR equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an enterprise IT support or systems administration role.
- Strong working knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking fundamentals, and endpoint management tools.
- Proficiency in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving IT-related issues promptly.
- Familiar with helpdesk ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
