Job Description

We’re hiring IT Asset Administrator Interns to gain practical experience in supporting IT infrastructure through hardware asset tracking, account management, and administrative operations. This internship is a great opportunity to develop both technical and organizational skills while contributing to essential IT asset management processes in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Asset Record Maintenance: Track and update company hardware assets including laptops, mobile phones, servers, and network devices.
• Asset Verification: Conduct wall-to-wall verification and implement RFID tagging for improved tracking.
• Database Management: Establish and maintain accurate records with details on location, condition, and assignment.
• Administrative Support: Handle IT asset inquiries, maintain documentation, and assist with related office operations.

Requirements

• Passion for IT and service delivery.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic IT knowledge: systems, networks, and user account management.
• Commitment: 5.5 days, minimum 6 months. Immediate availability is welcomed.
