We are seeking a Senior Executive to provide comprehensive support for our innovator fellowship programmes, learning initiatives, and educational events. You'll work closely with clinicians, researchers, and partners across SingHealth and Duke-NUS to create meaningful learning opportunities that equip healthcare professionals with the skills and knowledge needed to drive medical technology innovation.

What You'll Do:

You'll manage fellowship programme administration including application processes, selection activities, and ongoing support for Fellows through mentorship experiences and networking opportunities. Your role involves organising training programmes, workshops, and educational seminars whilst tracking programme performance and reporting on key indicators. You'll coordinate the development of e-learning modules by collaborating with subject matter experts and educational specialists, ensuring these resources are accessible and impactful for the innovator community.

Additionally, you'll support outreach events and roadshows to promote medical technology innovation knowledge, facilitate mentorship activities, and create marketing materials to publicise innovation events. You'll also provide administrative support for meetings, procurement processes, and compliance activities whilst helping to establish project attachment and grant opportunities for clinician innovators across the Academic Medical Centre.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline

• Relevant working experience preferably in learning and talent development, healthcare innovation or related areas
• Possess a passion for talent development and healthcare innovation

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and be meticulous
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills
