HR Manager (Medical Device Manufacturing)

Client is a global leader in the medical device industry, providing innovative healthcare solutions that improve patient outcomes. With manufacturing, R&D, and commercial operations across multiple countries, the company is dedicated to quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous innovation.

  • Basic Range up to SGD 12,000.00
  • Office Location: East
  • AWS & VB

As a HR Manager , What You Will Be Doing:

  • Develop and exercise various HR strategies to align with organisational goals.
  • Lead talent management and succession planning with various stakeholders.
  • Overseeing regional performance management framework to ensure consistency.
  • Drive initiative to enhance employee engagements, motivation and productivity.
  • Act as a HRBP for business leaders.

Key Success For This Role:

  • Bachelor's/Master Degree in Human Resources Management, with at least 8 years of experience across full spectrum of HR functions.
  • Sound knowledge of employment act, best practice and processes.
    • Proven working experience in the healthcare device manufacturing or similar capacity.
