Hydraulic Excavator Operator

Responsibilities

Operate hydraulic excavators for excavation, trenching, backfilling and earthworks.

Carry out lifting operations using excavators certified as Lifting Machines (LM).

Conduct daily machine checks and basic maintenance.

Follow lifting plans, method statements and site safety requirements.

Work with supervisors, lifting supervisors and signalmen.

Report machine defects or unsafe conditions immediately.

Maintain a safe and clean work area.

Requirements

Valid Hydraulic Excavator Operator Certificate.

Valid LM Certificate for using hydraulic excavator for lifting operations, Excavator operator as lifting machine

Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in Singapore construction.

Familiar with excavation, lifting and construction safety.

Good safety awareness and responsible working attitude.

Able to work overtime when required.

Advantage

REO/SPPG certification.

Experience in ERSS, basement excavation or civil projects.

Class 3 driving licence.
