We are looking for a highly organized and resourceful Business Operations & Marketing Executive to support daily operations, project coordination, grant documentation, marketing execution, and business development support.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both business and execution, and wants exposure to regional projects and fast-moving business environments.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Operations Management

· Coordinate project timelines and internal operations

· Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, reports, and presentations

· Support documentation and coordination for government grant projects

· Conduct market and competitor research

· Liaise with vendors, partners, and clients

Marketing & Social Media Management

· Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, Xiaohongshu (RED), Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn

· Coordinate content creation, posting schedules, and campaign timelines

· Support influencer/KOL outreach and collaboration coordination

· Assist with short-form video content ideas and social media trends

· Conduct competitor and market research for China and Southeast Asia markets

· Support campaign reporting, analytics tracking, and performance monitoring

· Work with designers, videographers, and content creators to ensure smooth campaign execution

· Explore and support the use of AI tools for marketing, research, and operations

Project & Client Coordination

· Follow up on project deliverables and timelines

· Schedule meetings and maintain project tracking

· Support client communication and account servicing

· Ensure smooth execution of ongoing campaigns

Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields

· Organized and detail-oriented

· Strong communication and coordination skills

· Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

· Familiar with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

· Experience with Canva, social media, or project tools is a plus

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Bonus If You Have

· Experience with grants or government project coordination

· Exposure to China/Southeast Asia markets

· Interest in AI tools, digital marketing, or cross-border business

· Ability to communicate in Mandarin (for Chinese-speaking clients/partners)

Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
