Facility Service Specialist Agency jobs

Location: Toa Payoh

We are looking for a hands-on Property & Facilities professional to keep our facility safe, well maintained and running smoothly. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will work with clinical and non-clinical teams to support daily operations and resolve facility issues promptly.

Responsibilities

Coordinate building maintenance, repairs and upkeep of equipment and surrounding areas.

Carry out regular inspections, follow up on faults and ensure timely resolution.

Manage contractors, vendors and service providers, including their service quality and performance.

Coordinate procurement, inventory and facility support requests from other departments.

Assist with maintenance specifications, service contracts and project requirements.

Oversee housekeeping and laundry services to maintain cleanliness and service standards.

Serve as a key contact for workplace safety, health and security matters.

Implement facility, safety and security procedures, and guide operational teams in delivering reliable services.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Property Management or a related field.

At least 3–4 years of relevant experience in facilities, property, building or operations management.

Experience supervising teams and working with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond calmly to urgent issues and manage competing priorities.

Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification is an advantage.
