Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of accounting functions, financial policies and procedures, budgeting and tax.
  • Responsible for monthly management accounts, bank reconciliations, annual/ biannual budgets and monthly forecasts.
  • Ensure timely invoices / bills registration, financial closing and reporting functions – monthly.
  • Prepare monthly management report and highlight the financial performance and financial position of the company to the finance manager’s review and action.
  • Prepare and process sales POs – following up closely with debtors for sales proceeds.
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll & CPF and employee claims.
  • Communicate and work with oversee third party partners and corporate office partners.
  • To perform any other function and tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
  • Implement and operate controls to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
  • Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.

Qualification & Experience Requirements:

  • Recognized ACCA / Diploma in Accounting & Finance / Business or equivalent qualification.
  • 2-3 years minimum experience preferred – experience in a listed company and XERO accounting software would be an added advantage.
  • Detailed oriented, meticulous, strong discipline, self-starter and able to perform and manage deadlines effectively & independently.
  • Able to communicate effectively & professionally with vendors and other departments of the company.
  • Ability to start immediately would be an added advantage.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
