Overview

Our client is a leading U.S.-headquartered asset manager with a global reputation for excellence, deploying diversified investment strategies across equities and FICC. As part of its continued expansion in Asia, the firm is seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join its APAC Finance team in Singapore. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside top-tier talent in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and generate insightful contributing to the growth of businesses in Asia
  • Build financial models to evaluate the impact of business strategies and opportunities
  • Collaborate with business to analyze investment structures to determine alignment with business objectives
  • Development monthly financial dashboards, extract and evaluate key data facilitating business decision makings
  • Participate in cashflow forecast and budgeting cycle
  • Handle front-office compensation calculations and relative cost analysis
  • Produce detailed analysis and reports on front-office compensation while handling data with high confidentiality
  • Support ad work projects relating to business growth or workflow process when required

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline preferred
  • Total 2-5 years of relevant experience in Financial Analysis, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy or related function
  • Excellent numerical, quantitative and financial modelling skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to articulate conversations with senior management including C-Suites and Business Heads
  • Team-orientated, proactive, and collaborative mindset
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Local Singapore Citizen is mandatory
